Sometimes there are obstacles in our bodies, trauma, tangled webs that are difficult to see or unravel on our own. Sometimes it helps to have a guide to navigate new terrain, learn about ourselves, open to possibilities and be given permission to live life fully, in our pleasure, power and freedom.

I am Sonia Waters, embodiment therapist, somatic sex educator, mother, lover, wilderness adventurer, student of Masters in Psychology, passionate about supporting humans on their journey to live their best life.
