Kassandra Mourikis

Hey i'm Kass. I’m a neurodivergent sexologist and embodied counsellor based in Naarm (Melbourne) offering in-person support in Hawthorn and online. Sessions are co-created, person-centred, accessible and affirming. I work from a neuroscience and pleasure-centred framework and I value consent, anti-oppressive, disability-justice and trauma-informed practice.

I support people to centre their pleasure and their lived experience by working somatically - through developing skills to intentionally place awareness into different aspects of their mindbody, with curiosity and create opportunities for new meaning to emerge. I have supported many individuals & couples to develop their curiosity, to grow in their ability to be present, to feel more, to access pleasure, to recognise their wants and limits, to unlearn sociocultural and political narratives that no longer serve them and relearn ones that do.

As a sexologist and embodiment practitioner, I endeavour to hold space with care and congruence, be a witness to your full experience, encourage you to draw on and develop your lived knowledge, resources, somatic practices, set intentions and collaboratively support you within your journey of change.
