About the event

This is an opportunity to join a unique professional development space with a highly experienced and extremely knowledgable teacher.

Elllen spent decades grinding in the dance, music, and fashion industries–in pain. She recovered by diving deeply into yoga and learning bodywork. Twenty years spent giving  thousands of sessions while teaching worldwide honed her perceptual skills.

Outstanding results were obtained treating scar tissue at the crossroads where emotions, biochemistry, and biomechanics conspire with scars to create pain. Too significant not to share, Ellen integrated somatics with sexology,  completing a Ph.D. at 60. Her dissertation introduced groundbreaking methods to work with painful scars.

To train practitioners Ellen developed STREAM - Scar Tissue Remediation, Education, & Management. By practicing holistic inclusion, trainees cultivate accurate perception. When mapping sexual and physiologic pain, STREAM practitioners work verbally, hands-on, and hands-in. When touching the nervous  system directly, the roots of pain dissolve.

Ellen has an extraordinary wealth of knowledge that you will be able to tap into in this session.

Please prepare for the session and bring your questions. Prepare to be fascinated by her responses.

If you have current SSEAA membership and are signed into your account you will automatically get discounted $20 tickets.

Our Special Guest sessions are open to all somatic sex educators at the non-member rate of $50.
